I remember that day. It was on my birthday so thanks Sadio for that excellent birthday present.

 

I was at that game....asked the guy next to me if it was worth sitting down after the second goal.

 

Ah, very interesting. Even better now that Ralph was able to “rotate”. Nice times & hopefully speedy recoveries

 

I'd like it if I could see Sadio's hat trick. This one works in the Netherlands, it's got all the goals.

Especially looking forward to this game. I hope Salisu is fit to neutralise what little threat Ings offers these days. Otherwise, I think Stephens will do a decent job. I would not risk KWP or Ely if they are carrying niggles (same for Salisu to be fair) so my selection would probably be...

Phew! Normality is resumed - Even Lawro couldn't predict Norwich getting anything from us, but he's reverted to type, predicted Saints to lose and the universe's equilibrium has been restored.

I'm going to this, so I'll probably drink lots of beer and be the one who has gone for a pee when we improve on Sadio's hat trick record time.

 

For as long as they keep under estimating us, I am happy.. shows they don't really pay much attention to the reasons why we've be one a good team..

 

Lawro's reasoning stretches as far as we've got players who are clearly too good for us, so they need to be playing for a big(ger) team.
Or maybe that's Garth Crooks' logic. I keep getting over-paid, ignorant, pundits mixed up.

 

It is weird that because at the start of the season these players were deemed not good enough for the premier league as we were tipped by many to get relegated, or at least be in the fight.

 

When is our pre match press conference? Or was it yesterday?

 

Maybe Ralph has now reached the level where he doesn't need to explain himself (to the press) anymore. Or, he's not giving away any more secrets.

I assume it is Tella, McCarthy and Lyanco that are completely ruled out ?

50/50 game this really. They’ve been poor and we’ve been good, but on paper their isn’t much to separate us.

I was about to say that this is the first game I won't be able to watch this season, which may impact on the mechanism. Then I remembered I was out for the Tottenham game, so we're all good. If we're away, and I'm away, we win.
