Why can’t the stands carry a name for a certain period of time say 5 years. That would be a huge mark of respect for all the players that have been listed and everyone could get a go.
you could merge it and call it the Chilton Whiteley stand. sounds like a posh menswear shop.
I want them to be homeless. I bleed black amber and then red and white
Costello my preferenceMaybe they could share Craven park ? Would that make you happy ?
Christ, let's just call the whole thing off.Why can’t the stands carry a name for a certain period of time say 5 years. That would be a huge mark of respect for all the players that have been listed and everyone could get a go.
what about Custer's Last Stand
He's certainly another who could lay claim to a stand. Wagstaff, Chilton, Ashbee, Davidson. Sorted!
Now **** right offMaybe they could share Craven park ? Would that make you happy ?

Given the iconic nature of the likes of Chillo, Jock Davidson and Johnny Whitely, it would be a lovely gesture to potentially name the stands after them. I have no allegiance with Rugby League but know from my dad how much Whitely was loved around the City by ALL sports followers, and by general members of the public because of his nature and personality. Both Chillo and Davidson are in the annals of history of the club and should be recognised formally.
The Norman Collier East Stand, they've already got the necessary PA System.Or just name the stands after none sporting locals
The Bilocca East Stand
The Wilberforce West Stand
Etc...
We could commemorate iconic moments in the Clubs history.
Any candidates for the Bell End?

Harsh! They delivered on the promise
To be fair, I'd prefer the South Stand to be the Chris Chilton Stand since he spent so many times celebrating right in front of the old Bunkers Hill, and happily name the East Stand after Johnny Whiteley to tie in with FC's Threepenny Stand.Cue moaning about wanting a Johnny Whiteley Stand, if true, from our neighbours
The Threepenny Stand at the Boulevard was on the west of the compass. To be fair, I'd prefer the South Stand to be the Chris Chilton Stand since he spent so many times celebrating right in front of the old Bunkers Hill, and happily name the East Stand after Johnny Whiteley to tie in with FC's Threepenny Stand.
That would be more respectful IMO
Wasn’t Rocky from Philly Ron ?Or just name the stands after none sporting locals
The Bilocca East Stand
The Wilberforce West Stand
Etc...
Apologies - You're right. Not sure why I got the sides mixed up?The Threepenny Stand at the Boulevard was on the west of the compass.
