Watched 14 peaks last night 7.8 bowt a guy who climbs the 14 highest peaks watching ‘The River runner’ now bowt some guy who aims to become the first person to kayak the 4 rivers that flow from Tibets sacred Mount Kailash
Decided today I’m going to watch some films that every **** has seen except me. Expect them all to be **** but going in with an open mind. First up whatever the first Lord of the Rings film is
Can tell from this post that you won’t be going into it with an open mind anyway if you don’t like it it’s probably because you’re a ****…no other reason
Decent but nowhere near the level of the LOTR trilogy in my opinion. Ruined it too with the CGI orcs, the make up/ prosthetics in the LOTR ones were class, proper ugly ****s.
Gonna do them probably later on this evening. Legolas is different Gravy in the hobbit trilogy tho, you see only some of his skills in LOTR, worth it alone for that but yeh LOTR wins
Whilst I enjoyed the Lord of the Rings films and there's no doubt they are well made I did find them overlong and quite tedious at times. Had to stop myself falling asleep in the cinema on a few occasions during them tbh. They certainly have to be watched on the big screen to appreciate the non boring bits to their full affect tbh.
Always thought the first one was excellent. It's one of those if was on, could happily leave it on and have seen it plenty times. *should have mentioned on t'other thread. The other two, less so. In fact, the third was ****e tbf.
