I do think that LJ needs to be accountable for his decisions in 'real time' , while the game is still fresh in the mind. I'd love it if every post match interview included one question from one fan on the 90 mins just played, not from any of the press boys who daren't upset the apple cart, just one question live on air. My question today would be ' Why were all of our players in the opposition half on 84 minutes, at 1-0 up against 10 men?'

Itll be interesting to see come Feb 1st because he's been with us nearly a year now and nearly all of our key signings have either been loans or freebies

Agreed. I despise his interview to Safc balls licking staff.

Why didn't you make any changes Lee ?

Even that is beyond that level of interview.

LJ repeating exactly what I've said in my previous postings, it's not rocket science. Individuals making individual errors. From players who've been having a good season, they're now making too many and we need some replacements in this window.

Agreed about the last two games. But the players have also been poor. The Wycombe game I think has kicked them in the balls. Deserved to win and get hit by a corner last minute. Imo the players haven’t recovered. Not sure how a manager can take flak for that. Pritchard v Wycombe looked close to premier league quality. Last 2 games he couldn’t pass water.

We've had our last three games seriously affected by injuries and Covid, today we brought three back into the team and we as supporters don't really know how fit they were to return but we needed them desperately as we're down to our bare bones.
Should we have cancelled the last two, in my book no we shouldn't and the results have gone against us like today.
I do think the manager should have used his subs to rest those who were struggling but we still should have been able to see the game out.
I blame the senior pro's for being so gungho so late in the game when we had the match won, Wright with all his experience should have seen us home.
As for LJ he does baffle me at times but I'm tired of this raging desire to get rid of him every time we lose a game, or play badly, yes I understand fans frustration but some of the comments on here border on the ridiculous imo.
Still a lot of twist and turns ahead of us all.

It's just like Sue Grey investigating her boss

SAFC.com are never going to ask the searching questions. Neither are the local journos lest they be cast out by the club.
