Hopeful his lays to bed the idea that simply switching to good ol 442 is the answer to our problems. It shows the deficiency of these players playing a 442. It can work, but it requires different players, tactics, style and a lot of coaching.
With the players we have available, 3-5-2 is the formation I would use
