So how come Verstappen didn't take the 5 second penalty? Or does ot just get taken off his time? Also, are they still investigating whatever the incident was that they said they would do after the race?

I’m sti trying to work out how Hamiltons car seemed faster after he damaged his front wing…maybe it was a bit lighter after some bits dropped off it . Max is a ****ing mobile death trap like, I firmly believe he may try some dirty underhand tactics next week to try and win this title…I hope I’m wrong. Cant wait for the race next weekend now, can’t wait to see the new cars next season and especially can’t wait to see Russell in a merc!
I don't know the ins and outs of it but I'm curious about Hamilton being outspoken about how he's not comfortable racing in Saudi Arabia and has numerous personal issues with it, but goes ahead with it anyway. He says he didn't have a choice about racing there but I'm not sure how true that is. Seems like he's putting winning ahead of anything else which is what Newcastle's fans are being criticised for.
I mentioned it before, he could have chosen not to race if he felt that stongly about it. As they often say though, cash is king
He would have taken the 5 second penalty in the pits if he had to go in for a tyre change, if he had though Ocon was 24 secs behind him and he wouldn’t have got back out in front of him so he nursed his tyres home and took the 5 secs at the end of race. This enabled bottas to pass ocon on the drive to the flag for 3rd

Wouldn't be a first if he did. I seem to recall Schumaker, blatently taking out Damon Hill in the final race one season. Both out of the race but it made sure that Shumaker not Hill won the Championship. As for Verstapen, he seems to have some sort of death wish and I'm not at all certain that it's his own. Unless he can curb his style, and just rely on he superlative talent, someone is going to get hurt very badly.
Aye for sure. What I can’t figure out is Lewis’s reaction to Max going slow to let him past. Lewis shifted down 3-4 times just as he was closing up on him and I can’t quite figure out why he wouldn’t have assumed that max had some kind of problem and just ****ing floored it past him. I get he was moving around a bit which is probably the answer but it just didnt seem to make sense, only Lewis will know the real reason I guess. Max is ****ing rattled like and it clearly shows. If he wins this title it will be through dirty underhand tactics and I don’t ****ing trust that ****ehawk spice boy boss of his either which is another reason I don’t want him to win. Walking off the podium is a bit ****ing petty and everyone else seeing that will think the same thing I reckon.
Listening on Radio 5, they reckoned that Verstapen was trying to cleverly give the place back in a position where he'd be able to sweep past on the next two corners. Hamilton was probably wise to it so didn't want to overtake. In effect, Verstapen didn't want to give the place back in a proper fashion.
