He reckons we can get Luke Shaw on loan.

 

I assumed I'd missed some U21 player of the same name. Why on earth would England left back and first choice Man U left back, be joining us on loan? Has Roland had a complete mental collapse in the last 7-14 days I ain't been active?

We do need full backs though. And a centre back. And two central midfielders. And one wide midfielder. And a number 10. And a striker. A keeper wouldn't go amiss too...

 

He's mostly been sane and "normal". This originally bypassed me.

Yes we need a left back but central midfield is most important.

Shaw is one them players that are great at going forward when things are going well. But when the **** is hitting the fan he stands out.

Why? He won't get a work permit

 

He will now he has been playing. He hadn't played enough in a top division when we would have wanted him when his contract was up. The rules for work permits post brexit changed at start of season.

 

I doubt 6 months would suffice

So..... Lewis has a storming game last night against Italy. Defensively and attacking wise both very sound.

 

Howe hasn't had a chance to see him or schar in training..

I suspect we'll see neither this weekend

 

I’m not sure about attacking wise. Only 4 chances created for the whole team.

But they kept out Italy. So defensively good.
