What a dog's dinner. The club uses an agent to work with the council rather than negotiating themselves and then sits back for two years or more when they have heard nothing. Does that sound like an organisation who are on top of things? Hoos is also very duplicitous about fan ownership: H&F are clearly suggesting that the new ground be part owned by the fans/public rather than the club itself as he suggests. No individuals other than millionaires can consider ownership of a football club but the ground itself could be a profitable investment for a mass ownership group. Much as the man is highly rated inside QPR it sounds to me that Hoos has bolloxed it up big time.Club have responded....

Noise on Twitter that Reuben wants to develop LR. Back of envelope calculation. There are 23 units on Ellerslie and average price appears to be £1.25m. So £28m before prices inflated cos if you live there you know the buyer is desperate. And that's before the Council refuse permission to knock them down.
Can't see it myself but would be delighted to be wrong.
It was back of the envelope to be fair but you've reinforced my point.There might be 23 houses but an average price of £1.25m would be the average price of a flat in that area and those houses are huge so could be up to 3 flats per house...... so I reckon the price would be a hell of a lot more than £28m..........
