Seems a hell of a lot of money just for the feasibility stage to me, though I know naff all about these things.

£5 million in environmental assessments alone.
Building on water is complicated, £60mill for basic pre con assessments & design outline.
Nearer to 100mill for a fully costed & fully worked / integrated design.
Into the billions for construction is my best guess

Which scheme is that? Feel like there's been loads of ideas talked about over the years but I'm never quite sure what's still current. I'd forgotten about Albion Square until they brought it up again the other week.

Was in Richmond London yesterday.... has anyone been in one of these new KROOP chocolate housed... 20 different strengths of hot chocolate to choose from.... !!!

Just wait till people see the prices in Brewdog compared to Admiral just down the road and I know it’s chalk and cheese ,and I like Brewdog bars as a rule .I have just looked at the Reds menu it’s really not my thing but didn’t find the prices off putting

It’ll be the limited number of vegan options that’ll do for them… ;)

Had a walk by the marina and pier yesterday after yet another article in the mail about all the flood defence work being complete.
What a load of bollocks the whole pier front is about 80% and still totally fenced off !
The plus point they’ve done a cracking job and combined a lot of seating that wasn’t there before.

That's because the article they ran last week about the £14m flood defences being completed, was actually about the defences on the south bank.

Oops I must learn to read the whole article ! Nevertheless it’s well overdue .
sad thing is most of my jobs have involved reading every word and detail to get things right- honest! - maybe I’ve just got tired of doing it .

And another thing do you remember reading the article or did you look the article up? Just asking , because you’re very sharp so early in the day

The glass window bits are a good addition too (unlike South Bank version)
