I gave mine away before I saw your post having offered it to @MrRAWhite and @Gordon Armstrong ...

... I've asked for two more, for you, but the lad won't know until Monday.

I'll let you know as soon as possible mate.
Cheers for the offer my friend. As I said I had already made arrangements to meet family for this one. My mam is 90 now and still a fanatical supporter of the lads She can’t attend games these days but will be watching the game in the Doxy Lad with me and one of my sons.

Reactions: Smug in Boots
Would never dream of telling fellow fans how to behave but I sincerely hope on Saturday that the atmosphere is a positive, optimistic and loud one. It's a chance to show KLD what could be. He's not niaive enough to think a positive reaction on Saturday will be fans saying we love these players. He'll know its about the club and the team rather than the individuals in it.

Mostly though I hope the fans who get to go enjoy it no matter the result. This is probably the end of a ****e season and the chance to start again. Not where we wanted to be starting from, but a new start nonetheless.

Post of the day! Anyone who wants to turn up to slag them should simply not go

If they get beat is it ok to slag them then as they won’t be seeing most of them again or do you think they should clap them off as it’s the last game of the season?
<laugh> Good point! If they get beat, I won’t be clapping them off.

my point is that if people have already decided they are simply going to boo the team from the start, there’s no point going. The only way we win is by getting behind them and supporting them.

No need to applaud the players off. But a chorus of Sunderland til I die won't go amiss.

Show the players what they're going to be missing when the door hits them on the way out.

If we get beat I won’t be slagging them off mate, I’ve waited over a year to get back to the match and I’ll be geeing them up as much as possible. I’ll applaud them off if we lose, no way am I showing the new owner any negativity after so long away.

That will be another new owner who thinks Sunderland supporters are bonkers then because I’m certain he won’t be cheering the twats off.
