This may apply to "The Unforgotten", who just killed off Nicola Walker. She would be a very hard act to follow.

Strange decision that one.

In 1977 the BBC was already blowing it's 50p per month Sci-Fi budget on Dr Who.
ITV showed them how it should be done - first with Sapphire & Steel, then by re-booting Quatermass with John Mills.
