If you think a few spinach leaves gets you 4700mg then you're off your trolley.

I weigh my food and monitor my potassium intake every day mate. If I'm short I use vitamins.

I eat veg every day, but sometimes you run out of specific things.

Dr's recommend mct oil and b vitamins during your fast.. I also use nutritionsl yeast and coconut oil.

You talk so much **** Roy, typical micro management techniques, which would work a treat if every human on the planet wasn’t different.

I said a few spinach leaves will get you what those tabs give you, and I’m right. What you get from those tabs is negligible.

Nothing I've said isn't correct and if you want to provide details or your PhD perhaps I'll change my gp.

I buy spinach fresh it doesn't last long.. Like I say I weigh my food and I find them handy.... 2 a day no calories with a lack of ingredients which does happen. Just a little nudge through is all it is.

Relax mate... Some of us waste money on strawberry bowls and some us don't even eat strawberries

Bro you binge on cakes and **** so don’t tell me you’re micro-managing your intake to this degree because you’re can’t do both.

Man you’ve had a mastectomy because you were walking around with DD’s and now you wanna tell us that your nutrition is managed by the milligram for nutrient uptake, yet you’ve chosen an isolate that has just 86% protein concentration when you could get a 90% for less money.

It’s a pick n mix of ‘recommended’ article product Roy. I guarantee you’ll be on imported enzymes before summer’s out.

No mate I haven't had a cake for months.. I had a bit of a break cos I wasn't myself, but when I'm at it I'm at it.

I actually had the lumps from about 17, but through foolish mistakes made it worse,.. It's probably nothing to other people as its barely noticeable.

It's a good protein powder and if you recall the last time I had muscle fuel and I told you I get what's on offer, so I'm sure you'll agree this one's significantly better.

I'm in tremendous shape mate at 39 too, so I'm doing something right.

In the words of David goggins

Haha **** you <laugh>

Yeah that won’t do **** bro I think the real healthy stuff is unpasteurised and needs to contain something called ‘the mother’. It’s for gut health therefore needs to be ‘living’ a bit like Sauerkraut.

So essentially I've been ****ing about taking two teaspoons of the wrong stuff for years

That supermarket stuff, like Tel said will be pasteurised, so any beneficial enzymes will have been boiled to death.

It's not expensive to pick up raw cider vinegar. I got this in B&M of all places.
