Just did a 15 minute on line yoga flow for my sciatic back. Already feels better. It is such a good thing to do, I should do it more. My Mrs subscribes to a local woman we know does this type of stuff and some HIIT sessions. Will have to log on and do them as well. Although, would prefer pilates tbf and I can't find anything decent foc on line.
Those eggs are actually very good.. The difference is worth it Supplements is the word. Eg potassium you need 4700mg a day and unless you're eating alot of veg every day you miss that target. You need potassium to break down protein in your gut.. If you don't have it done of the protein you consume is wasted
Tbf to Munse all the great athletes of the past, Gladiators, Warriors of centuries gone by, also used Iso Whey zero to get big n powerful I remember that scene in Gladiator when they all sat eating in their Gladiator quarters and the big bloke pulled out a packet of Nuke nutrition, ate a tab and pretended to choke on it.
Drivel. Them tabs give you about 2-3% of your uptake a day of Potassium. You can get the equivalent from eating about 8 spinach leaves. It’s negligible, you’d still need to eat the avocado, nuts, fish etc to make up the other 95+%. Get your 9 essential amino acids from the eggs, keep the whey isolate and bin the rest.
If you think a few spinach leaves gets you 4700mg then you're off your trolley. I weigh my food and monitor my potassium intake every day mate. If I'm short I use vitamins. I eat veg every day, but sometimes you run out of specific things. Dr's recommend mct oil and b vitamins during your fast.. I also use nutritionsl yeast and coconut oil.
