is it...prefer it done in foil, keeps it moist without the slime.
I just like mine sloppy. And right Yeh i see how ya mean, and I do usually foil my salmon in the oven too but was just less bother doing hers 1st then mine in the same pan tbh.

Pan fried Salmon for me.

I like the crispy bits.
 
Hard to find decent salmon, the vast majority is farmed ****.

Yep riddled with disease in some of those Salmon farms.

Probs better off eating Trout or wild salmon if you can get it.

A mate used to run a company called wild smoked. I posted a pic here must have been a couple of christmas ago, but he used to smoke his own wild caught food. For one christmas he gave me a whole side of smoked wild trout. Beautiful stuff <ok>
 
Looked alright like, I’d have just ****ed the bread buns off.
I geddit, why ruin some nice salmon with bread buns. <laugh> I wouldn't usually.

My stomachs dodge mate so as much bread as poss can't hurt I reckon, that was the main reason for it tonight tbh.

Anyways...

Mrs don't like salmon so got the white fish. And chilli prawns.
She like a bit o white fish namean:emoticon-0105-wink:

Poached in milk, butter and lemon slices, salt n peppa.

Served in a burger bun (I like using these burger buns for sliders cos they soak up all the juice well but still hold shape... Just.) resting on a bed of leaf things and sides of piccalilli, coleslaw, sweet pickle. Silvers kins & Garnished with spring onion
