reckon some lamb mince combined with onions, cumin, paprika that kind of thing would make a decent kebab.

seekh kebabs are the best imo but got to be fresh not frozen defrosted ****e, fresh outa a tandoor

try putting in chopped fresh coriander into the mix...amazing.

Kebabs gotta be bangin not just decent bru..can leave a man frustrated

Yeah reckon that's the thing innit, you'd need a Tandoor oven to do them properly. Could make some nice flatbreads that way too.

Fresh coriander good shout too, would lift up the notes nicely.

That one I had tonight was ****in amazing. I'd forgotten how good they can be. <ok>

Mrs don't like salmon so got the white fish. And chilli prawns.
She like a bit o white fish namean:emoticon-0105-wink:

Poached in milk, butter and lemon slices, salt n peppa.

Served in a burger bun (I like using these burger buns for sliders cos they soak up all the juice well but still hold shape... Just.) resting on a bed of leaf things and sides of piccalilli, coleslaw, sweet pickle. Silvers kins & Garnished with spring onion

Buns looks a bit sad, but looks tasty AF.

Tbf the were in the freezer prior.

Dunno man, I like my sliders soggy.

Pulled pork and coleslaw falling out of em kinda fing.

Works well with salmon, its a good fish for a slider I reckon.
 
Don’t like salmon either...too earthy...tastes like mud.

Prawns look tasty but not in a bap for me...maybe chips or sumt
