Yeah reckon that's the thing innit, you'd need a Tandoor oven to do them properly. Could make some nice flatbreads that way too. Fresh coriander good shout too, would lift up the notes nicely. That one I had tonight was ****in amazing. I'd forgotten how good they can be.

Anyways... Mrs don't like salmon so got the white fish. And chilli prawns. She like a bit o white fish namean Poached in milk, butter and lemon slices, salt n peppa. Served in a burger bun (I like using these burger buns for sliders cos they soak up all the juice well but still hold shape... Just.) resting on a bed of leaf things and sides of piccalilli, coleslaw, sweet pickle. Silvers kins & Garnished with spring onion . Mines less fussy cos I'm not fussy **** like her. Same but salmon. Sides are in the bun. Was messy af, loved it. Hope it stays down
Tbf the were in the freezer prior. Dunno man, I like my sliders soggy. Pulled pork and coleslaw falling out of em kinda fing. Works well with salmon, its a good fish for a slider I reckon.

Don’t like salmon either...too earthy...tastes like mud. Prawns look tasty but not in a bap for me...maybe chips or sumt
