    I just like mine sloppy. And right Yeh i see how ya mean, and I do usually foil my salmon in the oven too but was just less bother doing hers 1st then mine in the same pan tbh.

    Yep riddled with disease in some of those Salmon farms.

    Probs better off eating Trout or wild salmon if you can get it.

    A mate used to run a company called wild smoked. I posted a pic here must have been a couple of christmas ago, but he used to smoke his own wild caught food. For one christmas he gave me a whole side of smoked wild trout. Beautiful stuff <ok>

    I geddit, why ruin some nice salmon with bread buns. <laugh> I wouldn't usually.

    My stomachs dodge mate so as much bread as poss can't hurt I reckon, that was the main reason for it tonight tbh.
