I just think he too often wants an extra touch, is more complicated than he needs to be,seems to want to take on the long range shot instead of keeping the ball and building play,gives away a lot of needless free kicks when he tackles back. Even on Saturday,when he won the pen,I was screaming at him to come inside!! :emoticon-0102-bigsm

no - this is a complete myth and I've got no idea why so many people are so certain it is true.

it happened to be the case last window but purely due to the changes due to COVID and the delayed season.

As southern Adam has said above, we can only sign out of contract players who were out of contract before 1st feb. If someone becomes out of contract after that day then we cannot sign them
 
Isn't it so nice for a change to have made 3 really good signing that I think most people would agree that have a very good chance of improving us.
It feels like for once they are the players that have been identified by the recruitment team and they've gone out and got them. Rather than just bringing 3 or 4 players on deadline day for the sake of it.
Other than the 3 Ks big Sam brought in I can't remember a transfer window we've come our of in a better state than when it started.
So let's hope this is a sign of things to come.

Under Ross and Parkinson it all seemed amateurish and hopeless ...

... this feels different so I'm officially excited and getting the cans lined up for tonight.
