For a while you can. Then you inevitably get banned. Even for this board chock full of ****ishness, you always seem to make an effort to stand out from the crowd.
I have never been banned yet... I quit last time cos youre all ****s. Im off again... I'll be back when most of you ****s are dead.. see you in 10 years

Finished the 2 seasons of “ The Alienist “ at first I felt very uncomfortable watching young lads dressed as girls for the gratification of *****s but gave it a cpl more episodes and was glad I did. It’s a really good watch with some brilliant acting in it.
The second series was just as good as the first, hope they do a third as I would most definitely put it on my watch list....ps it is very dark but as it’s set in the late 1800s couldn’t really be bright and cheerful... Good watch.

Just finished watching The Serpent on iPlayer - true story about a serial killer in Thailand in the 1970s.

A very good watch. Very intense and hard to believe such a thing ever happened in real life! Crazy stuff.

I've just finished watching it through, I found it quite harrowing at times, but a really good watch and the acting I thought was very good.

When you saw the pictures of the real people involved at the end the likeness to the actors was quite remarkable.

Anyone see ZeroZeroZero on Amazon Prime? Good? HBO staring Gabriel Byrne and written by Roberto Saviano who wrote Gomorrah so I'll be watching it on Sky Atlantic from 4th Feb.

Also The North Water is scheduled for BBC2 in April, not to be missed, great Hull novel about a Hull Whaling Ship and a fine cast.

Another just come on my radar and good news for Soprano fans is a Soprano prequel HBO film with James Gandolfini's son James playing the young Tony Soprano, no release date.

I'm surprised they're getting a series out of North Water, it would have made a great film, bit like The Revenant.

I'm not sure it totally fits with this thread, but I watched a few different series, all with a common link, that made combined interesting viewing.

I quite like the programmes involving psychological profilers, although some of their deductive reasoning regarding suspects and crimes tests credulity, but then I saw the 'I am a killer' series on Netflix, which gives the killers version, followed by other peoples experiences, and it really flagged up how difficult such a task is in the real world.

If you get chance, watch one of the I am a Killer episodes, and make a decision in the first half on whether the killer is lying about events or not and if you would let them free, then test your decision by watching the rest of the programme.

I've watched about the first ten of them, the first woman was very convincing, but as you've suggested, her story unravelled the longer the programme went on.

The oddest one, was the one they managed to sentence to death, when there was little evidence of him doing anything other than just sitting in his car while a murder took place nearby.
