It would be nice to have the new regime in place before the transfer window closes, not because I expect any Hollywood signings, but it just gives us a settled new structure in place, and a squad we know have to deliver this season, or we begin to rebuild from scratch. I'm happy with that.

Announcement will be Wednesday
Transfer funds to be available.
The new plan is to immediately ramp up and redesign the infrastructure of the club (scouting, recruitment, academy, transfer policy) no details other than big picture.

Im reasonably positive with that. If we are promoted this season then plans are ramped up by 12 months
