After being told by ITK's that the takeover has been done, on a couple of occasions, over these last 15 months just for nothing to be completed. I believe it's reasonable to be cautious.
It'll be the extra grant you can get from the EFL ontop of the "no strings" 375k, but if you take the extra lumper, the sting is a transfer embargo
