How long can Donald hold out for his 15% ?

Another 6 months of this and he and Sartori need to feed in £6 million.

All worth it in their eyes maybe, with the possible big rewards of the Premier League?

The problem these days with takeovers of football clubs, are social media and 24 hour news. It's big business as everyone knows big business takes time to shift, multiple parties moving goal posts, Peter robbing Paul to pay Bert, Bert wants his money he loaned Paul before Peter needed it but Paul isn't answering the phone. You get my point. If we were none the wiser their wouldn't be such anxiety until the news broke.

But surely we are governed by who we sell, not how much can be put into the club

Agreed, I think that the only scenario where FPP can't just sit and wait is if Dreyfus fully paid off the loan. We've got no idea if that is really on the table, but if it isn't FPP have to stay involved somehow or other, and can wait it out as long as it suits them.

said it before and say it again, the club NEED to make a statement of some sort, the news has been around forever about a takeover but as yet, still nothing 100% from the club.

no need for names, amounts, timescale but just a little official (happy xmas all?) message to calm us all the feck down while we wait for the next game.

    Which was clear as mud.

I’ve seen a few posters across both forums (including Magnus here) say that Rodwell was the source of Roker Report’s takeover exclusive, another piece of information where the time scale has been and gone. I hope that RR would know better than to trust the club hierarchy after everything that has happened, but I’ve noticed that they’ve been strangely silent on the issue for a couple of weeks.

Didn't I read on here that the rapid Derby takeover has shown Sunderland up ...

... "But as well as the unpaid legal bill, another potential stumbling block is believed to be the £30 million loan that the club took this summer from MSD Capital, the investment bank owned by American computing billionaire Michael Dell. Any new owner of Derby would be taking on responsibility for this debt, which is understood to come with several conditions."

Aye, your right about that...RR want the exclusives but actually fail in the main...They always hide behind its for news about the club for supporters but they portray a "I know more than you do" approach." As long as they keep accepting tit bits from whoever at the club they are as credible as Methven, Donald & Rodwell are.

The last bit "With conditions" will be what is hurting Donald which I've maintained all the long. FPP will have him by the knackers and I wouldn't be surprised if one condition was they have first dibs on buying the club....

Never read it, I'm old enough to pmake my own mind up on anything #safc related. They and the other fan groups don't speak for me. Each to their own tho.

Think for a few people this is a one thread board, they don’t realise they can start a new one to talk about other stuff. Makes filtering the latest news difficult.
