I’m still confused why people are underwhelmed mate. After being run like this ****show for the last 2 years I think being taken over by a billionaire shouldn’t be underwhelming, no matter his age. And quite clearly many people are disappointed if you read the reactions.
There are more names to come out here if it’s just those two why call it a consortium? Its essentially a new investor. Instead its a consortium led by these two. I think there are at least one or two others keeping their name quiet.

It's hardly Dell's boys is it. But hopefully the other owners are much more experienced and multi-billionaires and they all want to spend money. Also, that SD/CM are silent partners. I might even celebrate by buying a stream tomorrow for a change! HTL!
Got to say I'm disappointed with some reactions on here, we should all be buzzing about it but there's already a divide.
I'm definitely not disappointed. I'm over the moon we are being taken over. This is like a 9/10 when I was hoping for 10/10. Like I've just said in my last post, perhaps I need an hour for it to sink in and to get off this conference call and then I'll be buzzing.
Either way - 1000% cans tonight.
The main reason for the divide is because of Donald & Methven still remaining here.
Most will be pleased that they no longer have any executive decision making power though.
People are judging because of his age, another 2 people with him ( if it is him)
Imagine if William Storey is part of the consortium. Didn't Bob say yesterday that he put in a fresh bid two weeks back...same time as Kyril Louis Dreyfus according to the guardian.
He is a multi billionaire and his familys wealth is off the scale
Not age for me. Lack of experience. But I will a million per cent back him of course. And if he gets the right people around him, and there's no reason why he won't with his footballing connections - it could be great.
People just wanted them two tosspots gone. Takes the shine off with them hanging on waiting to cash in.
