Ali Gold has us in for Benfica's Vinicius ,loan deal with option to buy ,a Brazilian with the nickname of the beast .......never heard of him
I could’ve sworn league rules state we can only loan in one player from one club at any time? Gold suggests otherwise, guess I’m not as smart as I thought I was! lol.
Dont know too much about him apart from watching YouTube footage. From what we can see he's a big lad, very left footed with good hold up skills, good turn of pace and seems quite athletic .
Decent scoring record last year.
Seems like a Jose type CF and will hopefully gives us that plan B option .
Hopefully he gets signed in the next few days and we can then concentrate on getting in Skriniar or similar before deadline day.

I've seen some comments that it doesn’t apply to u-21 players
I think as Power said a couple comments up, there may be exceptions for loans for players 21 and under.
I was pretty sure that Prem rules state you can’t loan in two players from the same club (regardless if they’re from a domestic or foreign team) hence why I said to Shucks that we couldn’t loan in Jovic as we had Bale but an U21 loan may be somewhat of a loophole and therefore allows us to have both Gedson and Vinícius.
I’m hoping the club know what they’re doing anyway
