Yes. People trust their own body/mind above tech. If you were in his situation and genuinely believed you had heard something how would you feel and what would you trust, your own body/mind or some tech? Look, i am not saying the lad is right here, in fact i am sure he is probably wrong but i don't think he is being malicious in any way. He genuinely believes he has been wronged and you, me or a thousand others won't change that.
I'd believe the technology. I'm not infallible, believe it or not. The concept that thousands of people could be shouting different things at me and I could mishear one of them wouldn't remotely surprise me.
So quick question...is there anyone on earth who thinks we'll pay the £56m to make Gedson's loan permanent?
What even is his best position?! In all seriousness he’s a 10 million player at the most and I’m not taking the piss
As he's U21 he's basically a free player for a couple of seasons He really does come across as a Stambouli signing as we wait for Skipp and/or White to get up to speed
Erm..... Once again, maybe this could be useful. I personally still don’t think he’s up to the speed of the prem, but I wouldn’t write him off yet. I’ve noticed folks seemed to have cooled slightly on the N’dombele witch-hunt as Mourinho gets the best out of the player. Same could be said of Lo Celso. These things take time.
The issue for most IMHO is the perception that he has : 1. not been doing basic "due diligence" on his player health (stamina training, body weight control etc) 2. been coasting or not putting in a shift in several games That will not enamour you to supporters, regardless of your technical ability. More so when they consider both the transfer fee and wage costs you incur.
Not a witch hunt...just alternate methods of motivation lol Ndombele is doing the club some justice with his efforts now...there was definitely a problem with him...where even Levy was meeting him to discuss his state of mind and basically telling him it was his own finger he needed to pull out of his own arse. He’s applying himself now and he’s reaping the rewards. lesson there for Dele
To be honest I don’t think he’s going too either. Joining a club on loan and being 6th choice midfielder isn’t ideal. He was subbed after about 60 mins yesterday and it’s tough to see when his next appearance will be again - likely next round of caribou. I don’t see how he’s going to improve or adjust with very minimal chances. He’s more or less gotten the Skipp/ KWP treatment. Ndombele’s issue with most has been his fitness. He’s genuinely looked fat and out of shape, often puffing after 20 mins. It’s not the best way to endear yourself to your new club and its fans, especially when you happen to be the record signing too. He still looks a little podgy to me but he’s clearly building up his fitness as that was his second 90 mins for the club in less than 5 days so the signs are positive. Looking forward to seeing him fully fit and settled alongside Lo Celso and Hojbjerg, has the makings of a very good - and balanced - midfield.
