On twitter they are saying MG and his consortium have pulled out due to problems with SD. I am deffo not an ITK so dont know if that was ever a goer and as it is on twitter there is no guarantee it is even true.
Just saying what I have read.

Fair enough mate.

My only problem with this 'interest' was that, whether its Storey, Gray, whoever they'd have to go through due diligence before any bid could even be made.

As the theory is that Donald hates Gray, and won't deal with him, that begs the question as to how Gray could have an offer on the table.

He couldn't, or wouldn't, do that without due diligence which would cost towards £1million.

So, I've no idea what it's all about and how they can 'pull out' if Donald wouldn't entertain Gray, DD not done and no offer ever made.

Like I say I am not an ITK,

This gent has posted this. I do not want to name him just in the event I am breaking GDPR rules.

Apparently Micky Grey's consortium have pulled out of bidding for Sunderland due to problems dealing with donald.

Digresing here ( I apologise) can you imagine next Monday night Arsenal v Liverpool 20:15 kick off. Should be fun n games there closing the pub at 22:00hrs when the match will not be finished.
Read on Twitter earlier that they would have to leave the pubs on the 86th minute as it's a 20:15 kick off!!!

I’ve always thought there were 4 or 5 interested parties, Gray, Campbell, the Chinese bloke, storey and fpp.

it would tie in with the period of exclusivity ending and other parties being able to talk to Donald which means it could very well be with the efl

You can post a twitter link without any bother mind! Personally I would assume its someone who has read Rubberface saying it on the SMB and has reposted it on twitter. That happens a lot, someone posts something, someone else sees it and puts it on twitter. All of a sudden people think it's accurate because they've seen it in a couple of places! Unless it's a journo or similar I assume it'll just be someone repeating what they saw on the message board

I'm sure Gray dreams of owning SAFC which is to his credit.

I'm sure he's tried to rally support and find investment.

I'm sure he's told lots of people his intentions.

I'm just not sure he's ever had a single conversation with Donald or even seen the cover of the books.
