As son as I saw the word 'sequester' I sent Storey's post to a clever mate.

He said there only one entity he could mean.

I know I'm clutching at straws but wtf.

They certainly didn't lend that money for a few quid in interest or to invest in Donald ...

... hopefully we'll know the reason quite soon.

Storey is probably annoyed by the fact fpp will just convert their loan to shares meaning they have to pay less to get a majority of the club and why he is claiming to have the best deal as hes offering more money.

I only know what the word means as I bought a pair of jeans from a catalogue years ago where you paid in full and then got them delivered by post. They sent 32 waist despite me asking for 34. I phoned them up and they said to return them and when they received them they would refund into my bank account. After 4 months of waiting and countless phone calls and letters (pre internet days) I happened to mention it to my bank manager. She said she would contact them as because the money was paid via my bank she had the power to sequest that money. It was in my bank account next day. <laugh>

Well, I've messaged everyone who might have heard something and not a single response ...

... not even 'f**k off and stop bothering me!'

    I'm taking that as a positive <laugh>

    Lad on twitter:
I disagree here. How can It be 'adjustment of shares'when fuhrman/fpp or rybolev have 0 shares in sunderland to start? It would be a takeover but just with satori keeping his percentage and safc would be mostly funded&controlled by fpp or fuhrman which is better than SD involved

    Storey:
They have charges on assets Inc stadium and are a long standing existing creditor with a vested interest in the current ownership.
That is hardly a new broom!
