I think the confusing part is the takeover/not takeover part.

If the restructuring is all within Madrox and the loan from FPP is being converted to shares and then that sherholder buys out SD and JS buys out Salmon pants then technically some may see that as not being a takeover because they're all internal stakeholders already.

I don't have a problem with it, did someone appoint you to be the 606 subtext police or you just upset your not getting enough attention.

I also only referenced Bob because as I've said previously I wasn't looking for any credit for the information, maybe I've not expressed that very well but I meant no harm to anyone and was actually trying to just have a bit of crack about the takeover.

In my opinion the technicalities are irrelevant for most people mate.
