I’ve just ran that through photoshop and it doesn’t appear to be photoshopped, I’ve sent it to one of the lads who does digital marketing he will be able to pull any layers off.

Let’s flip this though, if he has backing, if he can finance it, if he’s serious about it, we’ll, he may just be the kind of mad bastard that gets us going.

Ive no issue with him being a colourful character, and he clearly loves his sport, i ha e an issue with him appearing to have no ****ing dollars.
Looks like he has just got off the Metro as the exit door is just past where Littlewoods photo is, probably got train from London to Newcastle. Using public transport to go to a multi million £££ deal meeting does not inspire confidence. And that's without mentioning the blokes appearance.

To be fair mate I walked past a metro station an hour ago, I’ve not used a metro in years.

Its one of the ScoreDraw reproduction 97 shirts that he's wearing in that photo. If he was really getting involved, you'd think he'd be wearing the latest one or have sourced himself an original Avec one.

He must have backers surely if he's making a serious bid, you just have to look at Donald and at least another season in league one to see what a Sunderland owner with no backers (or parachute payments now) looks like.

You’d have to think so, and if he has I’m actually quite interested in seeing the ride he’d take us on.

Just show us the money first <laugh>

Lots of talk over the road that Gandalf’s uglier brother is in town at the moment. If that’s the case and his bid has been accepted then these boards are going into meltdown. Ha’way Smug tell us it’s not true.

As I said last week there are 3 different parties making offers, 2 of which would need to see the books.

The one who's done DD, FPP, has offered less because of that.

The other two groups are one with no connection to the club, presumably Storey, and one with close connections. I've no idea who that is, not a clue. There's no sign that there's anything imminent though, Barnes has said nothing new tbh.

This has come at the wrong time for me as I have all kinds of stuff going on.

If I hear anything I'll post it but I don't even have time to ask people questions tbh. We have two people here from the BBC and a sports lawyer but they're all at the beach today <laugh>
