People like Colston were trading in black slaves at exactly the time Scottish mine owners had white slaves ... ... that's a fact that people, caught up in the BLM hysteria, fail to acknowledge. They've obviously never heard of press gangs either which kidnapped men, including those on the NE coast, leaving already impoverished families destitute.its quite possible some of these men were forced to participate in the slave trade. 99.9% of us have absolutely nothing to apologise for, fact.

I might, just might, have a bit more empathy with these kneelers if they went down on both knees to give the message that all lives matter. But I won't wait for it. No more football for me until this stops.
