It was a small fire on a balcony not the building burning down like hysterical EFC fans are claiming on twitter.
The bottom 3 floors of the building has red, blue and white lights for armed forces. The entire top being blue is just an EFC thing.
I suppose it could look that way to teams that don't qualify to play in them, or get beat in the final.
