just read that Liverpool took more points off Spurs than any other team in the last 30 years, a total of 108 from 60 league games.

no wonder they are so bitter.

In Switzerland it’s illegal to only own one guinea pig.
Anyone else got any totally irrelevant facts they’d like to share?

No. Not enough to explain away 20-odd points, anyway. And two of the worst VAR decisions this season: Bobby's goal at Villa that was a yard onside, and Virgil given a foul against him against United when de Gea bounced off him and dropped the ball, leading to a goal; overturning an on-field referee standing ten yards away who saw no foul. So much for clear and obvious errors.

In both cases Liverpool went on to overcome the bent officials and win anyway. Great teams do that. :emoticon-0165-muscl

Liverpool have won the league with seven games to spare - a new record. Oh, sorry - you said irrelevant. The King of Hearts is the only king in a pack of cards without a moustache. A bit like John Lennon on the cover of Let It Be.

Did you know there is estimated to be something like 32 other species of alien, similar to human capabilities within our universe. However, it's also said, if that theory is incorrect, then that don't bode well for the human race.

Didn't we do this before? I'm on one now and recognise half of what I'm reading <laugh>

One of my favourites is the birthday paradox; within a group of 23 people there's a 50% chance that two will share with birthday.

Not sure, I read it in some scientific article. I think it's like where you show a reading interest, so it sends you more stuff, normally related to NASA and the Mars expeditions etc.

Here's another NASA fact then - golf was not the only sport attempted on the moon: on the same mission Alan Shepherd hit a golf ball for 'Miles and miles' (14), Edgar Mitchell fashioned a javelin from an iron rod to see how far it would travel in one-sixth gravity. He never got around to measuring how far it went though, despite the effort.
