Thats the problem, I don’t want to start a thread, it would be decent if posters stuck to the thread title rather than talking about crap that has nowt to do with a takeover.
It’s hardly difficult, as mentioned previously you look and think something may have moved and no, it’s some joker taking about Steve Hetzke or some other donkey.
I started it for you!!

Would love Sky to go bust and the whole house of cards to tumble in on itself. Sky has absolutely ruined football, ****ing Bournemouth in the top league getting 1/3 of our gates while we are two leagues lower is farcical. I listen to 606 on Radio5 and the "Liverpool" and "Man.Utd" fan callers are all Cockneys and have probably never even been anywhere North of Watford let alone the North West. It is plastic, it's fake which is why it attracts plastic, fake "fans" şitting in their sitting rooms wearing their replica shirts cheering on a football team whose games they have never attended and never will.
Saw somewhere the other week Bournemouth are in serious financial trouble despite the TV money, and that goes for a few other premier League clubs punching above their weights.

I find it all quite sickening tbh.

Part of being a supporter, imo, is watching local lads like Rowell playing for your team and representing your area.

What pride can a Cockney have in watching Gerrard come through the ranks.

Hearing them saying 'our Stevie' man, ffs <doh>

Well if the EFL pull the plug on the league we may find out something sooner rather than later. All the academy teams are done for the season so we shall see?? I wonder if the season being over may be the trigger for movement. It may also determine how much SD gets for the club?? So many questions and no answers at the moment.

I'd be really curious when this started.
When football started to be shown regularly on tv probably. In my dad's day if you wanted to see a professional football match you jumped on the bus and paid at the turnstile to see it. Him and my uncle would even go and watch the Mags if we were away and the opposition had some good players.

One of my first games was as a kid on the service bus from our pit village near Mansfield ...

... Man Utd were playing at Forest and there was no way I was missing Best, Charlton and Law.

I paid in with the away support, absolutely brilliant and way better than any TV programme.
