So Dell is putting the most money in but he is going to be a passive, minority shareholder. Can anyone explain this for me?

Bu all accounts the other 3 are who he has entrusted part of his computer fortune to for investing. Done very well.
It seems they have persuaded him to join them on this adventure but he will not be taking an active interest ( board meetings etc ) he will leave it up to them

I think we'll rank quite well in their portfolio if we get back to the prem.. Turning SAFC around will be some achievement for people who thrive on taking distressed companies and turning them into world beaters.

We have these stunning facilities that are never being used to their potential, especially since the shambolic removal of Stockdale.
