Read my post in the other thread. I've said it clear as day, my posts aren't defamatory, my views are all referenced and based on facts. Hell, most of it is based on Charlie and Donald's own words.

I just refuse to give ammo to absolute pillocks who go too far in their interpretation and accusations. I said on that basis I'd pause and allow this to blow over and get resolved. I hope that if the investment comes in, the madrox/safc accounts become irrelevant.

I'm 100000000% not Chris the accountant. I don't follow him and have no idea what hes saying. I have no idea why you would think I was him, as I'm not an accountant.

Whatever you say sunshine, I wouldn't expect you to now say any different - given that the legal wolves are circling!

I would expect many others are also now diving for cover.

What? I don't give a shiny **** if they are :D they to get this into your bonce: I am not Chris the accountant. If I was, i would say, but I'm not afraid of anything you've said, there is simply nothing I've said that is not something the owners have said themselves. How can you not understand that? I'm at a loss.

I just looked up this Chris lad and I can tell you now right off the bat I disagree about the 9.6m figure on his twitter, so I suspect we probably disagree on more than that. If the overall view is that Donald has used club money to pay off personal debts to Eillis Short, yes, I agree, as does Donald, and Charlie. Simple. It can't be libel or defamation if it is repeating their exact words. How can you not grasp this?
 
Also sorry if this feels like a thread derailment, last thing I intended, but I won't have someone come in and spread lies about me. Handy hint, owld fella, that actually is libel because its demonstrably not true.
 
I can fully grasp everything you have said/are now saying BUT just as the police regard everyone to be a possible/probable suspect, until they can 100% rule them out of a case, I regard you as such.

I completely disagree.

The replacement of the seats was hugely symbolic, it was a show of the end of Ellis letting things slide, it was a ‘no more’ statement.

Using fans brought a bond (I didn’t contribute, but those who did) and I thought at the time it was a fantastic bit of symbolism and PR.

I still do.
