I have to say there appears to be a serious campaign agisnt our owners at present, I have no idea what the motives are or why its happening now but this goes way beyond putting pressure him to get the takeover / investment done

Yep. A lot of folk determined to say ‘see I told you’, even though it would be poisonous to the club.

This. For starters we weren't due to receive £45 m parachute payment for a year (in fact I don't think the last 2 payments combined come to £45m). Then there's the fact that there's never been anything concrete come out about why the Campbell takeover failed, don't think there's ever been any suggestion of Donald moving the goal posts. In fact it seemed to cool once it was noticed that the bloke had next to no money, he'd hardly have pushed us to the next level so was hardly worth Donald bringing him in. That's not confirmed either, but he's meant to be buying falkirk and still doesn't seem to have got that over the line so I can believe that more than "Donald changed the asking price".

I wonder if the talent spotter Park is available if Campbell is struggling to buy a club ?

I've read recently on twitter that someone thinks SD has "stolen" money from the club - I asked him to prove this but got no reply - then ended up in a massive argument with someone who thinks they are charlatans and liars.

Honestly some of our "fans" really beggar beleif.

The biggest issue I have and I tried to explain this over the road is some of these accusations will be affecting SD's normal business, not just safc and by continuing will jepordise all his standing in business. That puts him and us on a dodgy path

Of course we should ask questions about his running and finance of the club, but some of the accusations of lying, stealing and shoddy business practice go way beyond that

I’m guessing most are young lads who don’t go to the match and play fifa or have been brought up with it .

These clowns never heard of libel laws it seems.
Glad SD off Twitter. Cretins always likely to make that unsustainable.

Hopefully, realise he's not everyone's cup of tea. But who is. Just my opinion but we need to get out this league ASAP. Most fans agree we've defended atrociously and will struggle if we don't tighten up. He's the best option imo.
He's the dullest, most unimaginative option. Absolutely desperate

I am trying to be balanced in my write up.
Didn't they explain that was a short term loan to pay something off. That loan was soon repaid with parachute payments. Nobody knows exactly what had to be paid out of the club and when. Nobody knows how much SD has already put into the club. At the end of the day this is his club and his millions to manage the way he thinks is best. If something dodgy is going on the accounts and the auditors will surely reveal it. Get off his back, man.

Part of being a professional is not only knowing the process of your profession and the words to use, it's understanding then difference between "what could be said" and "what should be said".

I make no claim whatsoever to your area of expertise, but what you appear to be inferring is some form of shady business practice being carried out in plain view of everyone?

You make assumptions based upon incomplete information (because you haven't seen the full figures) and then make statements like "Obscene to defend him brazenly using the club's cash for that purpose" as if your assumption is absolutely true.

And when people point to someone else with a similar professional background seeing the same information as you and seeing nothing wrong (GOM), you impugne his professionalism with statements like "he's terrified" and "he's keeping quiet because he wants to be 'in' with the owners".

I'm not going to tackle you on your analysis, I'm inviting you to reflect upon the fact that you appear to be making rather definitive and provocative statements based upon incomplete analysis of incomplete figures.

What if your basic assumptions upon which all of your financial and personal judgements are based are actually wrong?

Can I make a suggestion please?

@Kittenmittons please don't post your accusations no matter how much you believe to be right or have the facts to back you up.

There is a huge amount of scrunity from the club etc on all SAFC boards at present. I'm sure the lads who run this site dont need the hassle or letters arriving.

If you are that convinced post it to your Facebook feed or somewhere else that doesn't potential involve others getting into bother

No they won't. Their accountants work for them. They don't have auditors, because Madrox is not compelled to be audited as a small company (despite millions of the club's money passing through it).

He has said he used the club's money, loaned from Close, to pay off Ellis Short. That was his debt for the remainder of his shares. He had that money. Why would you want him to use the club's money for that?
