just noticed this on facebook,

Hi everyone,

I would like to post the below, this has been sent in to all main media outlets (such as Talk Sport, Sky Sports, and all main national newspapers) by a confidential source who is investigating the takeover of SAFC by Stewart Donald, everyone needs to read this:

"I am asking you to raise the subject of what has happened at Sunderland AFC.

CONTENT DELETED

I've been asked to look at this. As I stated yesterday, I do not pretend to understanding the finacial details of Sunderland, but Facebook is not a reliable source - hence I will delete the comment.

Soz Admin.

Has it been posted yet? I haven't seen it but chances are it will be deleted even though it's someone saying something somewhere else.
Unlikely it was similar posts and idiotic replies the other night that got the takeover thread pulled and caused a warning message from "Roger"

Ffs....we're all football fans, not accountants. I honestly don't give a ****e how he bought the club.

See, I do but only if it was dodgy because I’d hate for something to happen to us. However, a post on Facebook does not equal evidence of dodginess no matter how many big words are used.

Parkinson is getting it isn't he?
Hopefully, realise he's not everyone's cup of tea. But who is. Just my opinion but we need to get out this league ASAP. Most fans agree we've defended atrociously and will struggle if we don't tighten up. He's the best option imo.

Content removed, as per the earlier note.

Absolute Rubbish IMO. SD/CM have explained this in articles or on podcasts, but the £25m or so of the purchase price that was paid with PPs is owed to the club by SD/CM to be paid back to the club as and when necessary.

From the start they said ES would be repaid gradually over a few years, however they realised that this would leave his security charge over club until he was paid off, making it difficult to get new investors. So instead of paying ES off gradually, they used the PPs to pay him off in full, and now SD owes that money to the club instead of ES.

I don't believe that SD/CM would lie about something that will become clear in the accounts. If he's skint why did he spend £3m on Grigg? If we start attacking SD he's already said he'll be off and who knows who we might end up with, the Bury chairman?!

Really? So you wouldnt give a s*** if we ended up like Bury. Not suggesting for one minute donald is in that league but to say you dont give a s**** how the club was bought is daft considering what has just happened.

Donald has explained this a hundred times and passed all the tests laid out when buying the club.. He may not be everyone's cup of tea or a super rich sugar daddy, but he has got the club running debt free for the first time in living memory right now. and

Naaa mate, he’s nicked all the money and the clubs costs and wage bill got paid by the tooth fairy.

Your assuming something has happened. When in reality no-one knows jack s***.

When you read into any detail of any un-substantiated reports of how SD has bought the club and with what means, what do we want it to read as?? Do we want it to say that he has bought the club for £150 million pound fair and square and paid all debts off and give him a massive pat on the back and say well done sir? But in reality he has made a business desicion to take on English Footballs most under achieving club ever (fact) and save it from bankruptcy. He may have done this through unconvetional methods but in the first instance we need to be thankful as without him I believe the club would have gone to the wall. He has always stated that he cant take us back to the top table but is actively seeking the people who can. I think its fair if he wants a big payback as well as been part of it moving forward, lets not kid ourselves hes an insurance man (lowest if the low) but with his unconventional and maybe crooked (allegedly) business methods backed by big hitting American Billionarres to get us on that top table I am all for it, all for him and all for them (the Americans)

Lets face it nothing has worked for nearly 100 years so if hes bought the club for 10 bob and makes £300 million quid but gets us into europe its ok by me
