From some posts over the road you would assume so.Oddly enough, whenever I’ve bought a property, I’ve never been in the same room as the seller following the initial viewing. All discussions and sign offs were completed via middle men. Do they really need to be in the same place to conclude a deal?
Im summising that at their level of business success they do everything themselves in person sat around a table.
It's not like they have busy schedules or employ people to deal with certain things, I mean who needs lawyers
