I had some news today that there will be an announcement this week but it is not the one i hoped- i wont say what but i will state the reasons of concern to Dell:

-the projection for SAFC to get back to the premier is now longer since talks began due to our poor performance

- a very volatile customer base

- that the potential had been’embelished’ regarding the academy

- roadblocks on development around stadiums and hotel

- other clubs have now been in touch



So on short, they feel they have been misled by Donald on potential and they also found some undeclared numbers in the books-

NOT saying its off- im sure Donald will be on his knees now but when i heard about Ross soon after the news i heard all i thought was damage limitation and Donald has taken his frustration out on Ross- ie if we were doing an ipswich it would have been an easier sell-

If this ends up being true- its basically Armageddon

What if Ross was the stumbling block as the Americans wanted rid before doing any deal, seems very strange timing otherwise. I dont think he would of sacked him at this time otherwise...a tuesday afternoon.
Also why say Friday for an update when if it was off he could just say so??

I think the two are linked but on a positive, I’m just about to jump in the car and hoy total sport on

Possibly because between now and Friday he is gonna catch a plane to America and as soon as he lands he starts grovelling his little pants off........hopefully!

Personally would put that down to the poor quality of our league more than anything. I am absolutely convinced a manager with a bit attacking nouse, tactically aware would have walked the league.

Also a little thing I picked up on with the club statement was that the hlhunt fir acne manager will commence tomorrow....nearly always it says will commence immediately.
Also ross had an interview which is on safc.com only this morning so something has suddenly happened

I was thinking this tbh … it's clear there was an issue outside the price and then he gets sacked so I suspect that is one issue resolved, but maybe there's other issues. I'm pretty sure it must still be on though because otherwise one party would declare it's off and neither side has.

6 hours ago safc.com uploaded Ross’ preview on tonight’s game. Around 1 hour ago it uploaded the story he was sacked.

Two potential thoughts.....
1. The club doesn’t know it’s arse from its elbow and various departments are dysfunctional from one another.
2. Something has changed very suddenly this afternoon. Hopefully, the Americans insistence that Ross goes and they come in with a clean slate, much as Donald did post Coleman.

I’m really hoping for the latter although let’s be honest, the former is equally, if not more likely.

Ross sacked, debatable as to whether we have a full MSD takeover or investment. Pirate ships between RTG and here etc
