Ah, so apologies, Obi. I hope things pick up for you, Iv'e seen seen plenty tight times myself.

No need to apologise, things aren't bad. I don't have to work for anyone and there's plenty to do that costs nothing. There are thousands of people in Hull who are in a far worse position than I am. If I look after myself I should have a very long and happy retirement, especially when I'm old enough to collect my old age pension. It certainly beats having to work for a living. Its a shame we got evicted from the North Stand and the price went up but there's still Burns on the radio and the odd match we'll get tickets for.

So somebody explains why they can't afford to go and somebody else says that in their opinion that can't be right <doh>
God you're a bit of a fanny aren't you jumping in.
Obi complained about the price of City.
If you're skint then you're skint. And that's unlucky.
But the price of City isntthe problem, it's good value. It's that you're skint.

No problem.
As I said if you can’t afford that imho
Then you really shouldn’t even be thinking about going.
If it is then life’s dealt you a **** hand and that’s nowt to do with hull city no matter who are the owners, as I said I’ve been too skint to go so I didn’t go.

I didn't get dealt a **** hand. I can just about fund our life style with the exception of going to City and paying more for the pleasure. Retirement is great if you live within your income and savings.

The only thing giving up our memberships has to do with the Allams is they made the decision to close the North Stand for home supporters and evict us. Just to make it clear for Chazz its not a matter of principle just a matter of finance.

What a crock that lot is.

Quote me where I blame anyone other that the Allams.

Time and circumstances change. I thought (some years ago) that a mass boycott could have served a purpose. I only attended away games. Not much is the same now, so I think it is wise to reassess and take a different tack.

Personal principles seem to be very important to you. Why do you believe, that when I take a thought through change to my approach, my personal principles are compromised. What abject nonsense you spew on here.

Nobody has told you to do anything, so grow up and get down off that incredibly high horse.

Discussion is wasted on you. You actually remind me of another principalled, unbending arrogant fool and he owns the club..

Bye. <doh>
You certainly have a habit of insulting other posters in attempting to strengthen/defend your argument.
Never a good tactic to advance a debate.
If you care to be reminded , I'll put the effort in. The evidence for my assertion is plainly clear on this particular thread.
Others will have noticed.
I hope you're not a lawyer defending anyone. They'd be doomed.
In many ways, you are dividing (i.e. being divisive) opinion on this thread, something I believe you are criticizing the Allams for in your argument.
Explain your defense of your argument with less personal attack ( you seem to be using that argument in your own defense) and you may well gain more credence.
Tomorrow is now yesterday should you care to reflect.

The only so-called personal attacks (not so, in my opinion) are in response to those who constantly use snide and unfounded argument to misrepresent my opinion as a directive to other fans, which it is not and I have clearly, on more than one occasion made that very clear. They ignore it when I point it out and yet fail to provide a shred of evidence to uphold their lofty accusations. It seems you are unable to grasp that, M'Lud and would rather use personal affront, rather than cut and paste exactly what it was I wrote that gave such offence. Surely it wasn't simply an opinion that held no accusations, was it? Because that was all I offered.

It's not a blame game. (Sorry your words again). You can’t stick for something for a proper 24hours now, not even an Allam one.

I hope you stamped your feet when you’d finished that.

Toodle pip.

I don't understand your post. It makes no sense. Can you post anything to support your accusation or are you just going to hope it melts away?

It was just a simple play on your flip-flopping comments. Simple, but I thought you’d get it.

“It’s not a blame game”

“Quote me where I blame anyone other that the Allams.“

That has to be the most desperate link possible and can only be attributed to a desire to be argumentative where argument was totally unnecessary.

If you are seriously trying to prop up your snide and unfounded remarks by trying to make out I have either said or think the Allams are blameless then you should be ashamed of yourself.

My use of blame was directed at supporters, as I don't believe any can be blamed for following their chosen path. But I do believe we can all review our stance and consider how long held principles can be better exercised. Hence, this is not a blame game. Simply read it again in context to my known opinion and what I wrote.

You misinterpreted my use of the word we, you were wrong, you took a high handed stance in falsely berating me and you lack the honesty to admit that and move on.

It is all there to be read and understood. I have tried to explain that it is, as I initially said, just my opinion and not a directive to other posters. What is it about that simple fact that you can find fault? I never sought an argument, that was you.

I wasn’t propping up anything, I was taking the piss, I thought your posts pathetic & deserving of it. There was no discussion, no debate, no argument. There was a simple point made which questioned your changed stance & pathetic (in view of your previous posts) observation that “we” are over using the Allams as a reason not to attend. Subsequent posts were used to purposely highlight your flip-flopping by showing your previous extreme views of using the Allams as a reason not to attend. Nothing more, nothing less.

Maybe keep your opinions to just include you & not we.
