Again, you fail to interpret my use of the word, we, in the context in which it was used. I am starting to attribute that mistake to intelligence rather that mischief, or something worse.
As you say (except for PLT) there was no discussion, no debate, no argument; but there could have been. Chill was pissed. Kempton got it wrong. But you hold an old grudge as you have done with others many times. So you decided to derail any discussion by taking the piss - your proud words.
What do you find flip-flopping about my posts, are you able to explain yourself or are you the loudmouthed poster that comes across?
FFS. Inferiority complex rears it's ugly head. Give it up.
You've made your point. Desist with the insults (e.g (1) the last sentence in the first para. plus (2) the final sentence in your post above).
Your position:
Bashing the Allams is now counter productive. Support the team, ignore the damage the Allams have inflicted on the supporters and the clubs progression.
Forget those who can't forget that insulting, antipathetic attitude to the historical support base and recognition of deeply felt club history.
Remember the shallow (even meaningless) gestures they have made to attempt to combat their incompetent management of the franchise and win the paying punters back to bail them out.
We get it.
That's the argument/debate. You have a point. Many others feel differently. They (may) have a stronger counter-point. Just accept/recognize the existence of the latter. View the antagonism towards your viewpoint as (maybe you already do sympathize with it) the way it is.
Perhaps part of your position was inadequately presented. Particularly the "we" factor.
The use of "we" could easily be mistaken for "global" acceptance, but not viewed as such by quite a few posters on this forum, nor (perhaps) those supporters who no longer attend live games (home or away).
Everyone seems to be (high proportion on here anyway) totally in agreement with the damage of the insensitive/selfish way the Allams are stearing the club's business.
The decision to not put cash in through the turnstiles seems to be heavily supported ( for whatever reason ???).
The Allams' contribution to that fact is clear.
Can we not be more civilized in our debate here ?
