I read that Twentyman interview yesterday and his answers seemed very vague.

If you think his answers seemed very vague from that interview, I presume you haven't heard/read any of his previous interviews where he answered pretty much every question with "I cant answer that as there is a confidential clause". At least this time he has said there are a few sites of interested and actually named the number 1 site and gave away info that a 3rd party is involved in those negotiations. Now the fact that he has given this info, where before we wouldn't have got a tenth of that info, I believe this aint BS this time. But that of course doesnt mean it will happen. I believe it when im sat in it. However, I am pretty optimistic that there is truth in this. And if it is true and we are successful with getting the land and its actually built, its in a very good location. Close to Temple Meads, M32 leading on to the M4/M5, routes to Bath, Wells and WSM for fans who live those directions. Could even be the solution for the council to use it as a music venue as its very close to where their plans are/were for that. That way the council could save their funds. It all makes sense. But at the moment its just a dream. But a dream that has more plausibility than previous plans I suppose.

I like your optimism, but it could only help with the arena if you built an arena though. Otherwise it would just be an outdoor stadium like AG, or similar to the millennium square. So only good and used in the summer.

Knowing you lot it would be a gazebo. But any events would mean covering the pitch, uncovering it and repairing it in time for the game. And that’s if it’s only one maybe two days a week as an arena.We could build a roof
Think you’re being a bit of a Shiny and clutching at straws with that idea.
Maybe there could be an arena attached to it on the side as apparently there will be a hotel too among other things with the stadium
