I think they have that wrong, he was bought from QPR in 2017.Yep. TeamTalk reported it earlier as have Sky.
BOWLER SWINGING BY HULL
Young Everton winger Josh Bowler is expected to have a medical at Hull City ahead of a season-long loan move to the Championship club, according to Sky Sports News.
Bowler, 20, was on loan at QPR in the 2016/17 season, and played 19 times for Everton U23s last season
Dicko's best position is sitting....on the benchRe the new lad.... Dicko was always reported as playing better off a big target man.... seems he may get chance to show that...
He may be highly rated.....but not so highly rated for QPR to play him more than once.
QPR gave him his debut in May 2017, when he was 18, he was an Everton player within two months of that debut.
Fair enough, still feels like a gamble or more likely squad filling. I for one think we will be looking down and not up next year.....not sure if 'breaking in' Everton youth players is the way to go. Hopefully he is a wonderkid, but he is likely to be in a relegation scrap.
If we are squad filling....I would sooner they look at the free market and get experience.
Look at us potentially beating other teams to players...
Easy to say but personally I will never ever ever ever ever get over missing out. On that player whose name I cant remember.Look at us potentially beating other teams to players... I thought that was Impossible
Hope he's well prepared for a busy season then !What's happening with Tafazolli ? Is he still with the squad. Sounded like he'd be a good backup to Burke/DeWijs. .
