That reminds me, had pastrami and mozarella on sourdough in Thieving Harrys t'other day, bloody lovely.
I personally hope he doesn't leave, all things considered he has done better than ok - I know that's not great, but we could end up with much worse.
opinionated, defends his players to the hilt, passionate about his team, hates injustice... he'd be right at home on here.
That's an understatement for me. I think he's done an excellent job here and comes across as a very smart person.
He’s done ok with the **** hand he’s been dealt even though it’s a hand he accepted. The deciding factors are that he’s an Ex Blunt & an Ex Scunt & has a serious pseudo-positivity disorder. You’ll all agree in time.
I'm just waiting now for the Allams to say Nige hasn't signed, we need to move on so we withdrew our offer! Also that'll happen knowing our two muppets at the helm 24 hours before the transfer window closes!
i assume you hold one of those against steve bruce, harry maguire, keith edwards, and several others. i'll warn george long.
Just reading the HDM article update, their feeling is the ball is in Nigel's court. This is what I expected from these 2, they make an offer and they will not budge from it. It seems to me Nigel doesn't feel he can work with the constraints of it, so he is looking for an alternative, and will only take their offer if he cannot get fixed somewhere else. I might be wrong, but that is the feeling I have.
If Bielsa goes I can see Hughton getting the Leeds job.... if Pulliss gets dumped I can see Nigel getting that one..
So Nigel met with Ehab on the 20th of March, a contract was offered to Nigel late on the 26th of March. He is thinking long and hard about it.
I was told this afternoon that Adkins and Crosby were offered significantly reduced terms, so much so, that Adkins offered to switch some of his wage to Crosby. Probably bollocks, but after what's gone on in the past few years, I'm finding anything believable.
