Will be sad to see him leave. Apart from the couple of slips in the last game his link up play, the way he sees things quickly and his eye for the killer pass will be sadly hard to replace. Has done really well for us this year and I hope he gets a decent reward in the summer.

Footballers are mercenaries so he will go to the highest bidder.
When you have probably picked up £10,000 a week for ten years you cant blame him for looking to secure his financial future and the struggle he may have to pay his gas bill (I shouldn't laugh)

Last chance to enjoy seeing players of the quality of FC and Bowen, Grosicki, Evandro etc in black & amber. Likely to be many years till we do again ..... if ever.
Pity we don't see more of Evandro aside from 10 minute cameos.

No, you're right. It's ****ing great seeing our club being torn apart and our squad decimated year after year.
Nobody is crying you div. FFS, many of us supported City during the mostly ****e of the 70's, 80's & 90's.
You really are an obsessed knob. Pity your obsession isn't with the 2 ****s destroying our club rather than fellow supporters who are simply sick & tired of them.
p.s. Kane won't be here.

Next season is likely to look a bit like this without additions.

Goalkeepers - Long, Burton, Mannion
Right backs: Lichaj, McKenzie
Left Backs: Kingsley, Fleming
Centre Bakcks: Burke, De Wijs. McDonald, McKenzie, Ritson
Midfield: Irvine Steward, Batty, Milinkovic Toral, McKenkie, Sheaf, Hamilton
Forwards: Lewis-Potter ??????????????????????

I put Mckenzie in three as he can be back up for 2 positions.

I am more than relaxed, I gave up getting upset with the way these 2 handle the club a long time ago. We all know nothing will change until they have gone, we just have to see the team dismantled year on year and accept it.

Dismantled is a bit dramatic isn't it john.
Every team sells, releases players every year. We're no different.

Due to ffp we really can't keep some of the higher earners. That's a fact of life. Teams like forest, villa if they don't go up, boro are in trouble.

If we stay in Ninth it will be one of our best finishes since WW2 won't it.

We've actually been 10th or better 12 times since the war in the 2nd div.

Not really being over dramatic, Nigel spoke about building a team year on year, but there is likely to be 12 players that will leave, that are first team players. That is half the playing squad you have to replace.
