Is it a deconstructed version as the bechamel sauce should have an egg added and traditionally poured over the top before baking as to form a crust like.
I had breadcrumbs on the top and courgette but it all fell into a mess when I served it as there was too much sauce.

bacon sarnies for brekkie. leftover chinkys for lunch. and pizza and chips later. although i did buy a chorizo, and may have overdone it on the pizza, but you never seem to get enough toppings, so i put a **** load of chorizo and grated cheese to it, just to bulk it up. Oh and ive got half a lemon cheesecake left, that'll be getting smashed also
