But....... Corbyn is a Brexiteer!! He WANTS us to leave the E.U. Most of his party activists don’t - the party members are mostly pro-Remain - as are the majority of MPs in parliament - but many of the staunch Labour VOTERS are pro-Brexit.
I’ve been saying this all along; Brexit ignores all political persuasions. It isn’t aligned to them. That’s why sorting it should have been a cross-party task - but the Tories decided to go it alone. One of the many reasons we are in this mess.

RR - you probably aren’t aware, but BJ is actually a REMAINER at heart (read his old Telegraph and Times columns) but championed Brexit simply to hurt Cameron. He wanted to oust him and get to No’ 10. If taking a Brexit stance to do it then so be it - which is exactly what he did.
To some he is a lovable buffoon - but be in no doubt; that man is more dangerous to our country than Corbyn, Putin, Hitler, Stalin and Mao put together.
Corbyn was asked many times for his input but didn't actually have anything different to his " whatever 5 tests or something " when he did accept he didn't actually input anything! or did he actually manage to put a foot into the door of number 10 [ note book tape measure and colour paint charts etc …

You may turn your nose up at Labour's six tests but they're not bad in reality. Ensuring we still benefit from the Single Market and Customs Union, protecting EU nationals here and UK nationals in the EU, protecting national security, etc. What is wrong with any of that?
I know Labour have been pretty p!ss poor, but in fact with that plan, we wouldn't have the problem with the Irish border and Brexit would be deliverable.

Reading the press today, it looks like May will probably get her deal passed, by threatening the supporters of a ‘hard’ Brexit with a long extension - or a second (fourth) referendum.
So - at least she will finally unite the country again - albeit in anger at a ‘halfway house’ Brexit!!!!!

I have cracked it. 52% of the electorate voted leave most MP's voted remain its clear that Parliament no longer represents the view of the electorate so we need another election. MP's should now vote for a new electorate rather than people voting how they don't want them too . These democrats will then get an electorate that represents the views they like rather than them having to represent the little people. Brexit solved!!!

Just thought I'd put some good news up.
was led in bed and out came the news [as posted by wiz] and was quite surprised at the figures. I was surprised because all the doom and doom merchants ...bit like those that get the hatchets out when we lose 2 or 3 on the bounce …. stating "BREXIT HAS LOST 1000's JOBS, THOUSANDS MORE PEEPS WILL BE UNEMPLOYED DAH DAH DI DIDDLY DAH ……………"
HOWEVER and there is always an however …! this is not the clearest of pictures [ stats ] when you look at the broader picture with the total now in work and those out of it, since 1971 millions have been made redundant and or lost their jobs but yet the figure has climbed to an all time high of people in work!
knocks the argument " that the government is failing to deliver!!!!! " .. the austerity which is diminuishing, [at the pace it is ] and which was a necessary evil to combat the immense blackhole left by the previous government is gradually going into positive ground.
so BREXIT, the doom merchants state disaster for GB when we have to go it alone … [ bearing in mind bad news is always no matter how trivial will always out voice good ] it is only the negative and bad bits spewed by the reluctant remainers that steal the headlines. Economies are a balance everybody has them in some form..... EUROPE- WORLD - NATIONS etc … it is a balancing act
eg wages [ money/trade/resources ] come in expenses go out [ food clothes etc ]etc etc ….
Should we not pay out [ The UK is one of the three countries that puts the most money into the EU budget. ] 9 billion or more, and yes we do get a little bit back via the EU deciding where it should be spent ...like Scotland / Wales/NI .. MOSTLY …. we are likely to have around £6bn "spare cash" that is about £105 for every man woman and child in the UK. we wont get that of course but it means it is money available to spend here in the UK …. the world is a small place in this modern age …. we import from NZ, we send shellfish to far east to be processed and back in our supermarkets a week or so later, massive amounts of our veggies come from AFRICA... check your mange tout and beans on your supermarket shelf 48 hours or so after being harvested from Uganda or …….
oranges and lemons other fruits fromEurope… yes when in season out of season from all over ………….

Certainly not bad news but it really does hide the truth. A huge amount of those jobs are low-skilled, low-paid jobs. We as a country haven't had a wage increase in line with inflation in over 10 years. And all of these jobs that have been lost in the past 2 years (whether you believe it's to do with Brexit or not it doesn't really matter) are high-skilled, high-paying jobs, i.e. the ones you desperately want to keep.
If you need proof of the above then just look at our GDP growth. It's been lower than Europe since 2016 and is forecasted to continue to be lower than Europe in the next 2 years. Clearly the low unemployment and those new jobs being created are not helping the economy enough. I'd say it's less of a Brexit issue at the moment, and mainly a Tory issue.

It really is a disaster. The EU will be massively affected without us. Problem is, we will be even more worse off than them.
I'd also highly recommend that the Express is never used for proof. Absolute piece of crap of a newspaper. The same newspaper that suggested the EU wants to ban school playgrounds on the front cover ffs. Which of course was absolute BS.
