Enjoy it mate! That westerly wind can take fifty yards off a drive, its been a right twat recently. And back to the original topic....this wind had better **** off like, I wanna get some practice in! I'm away with work next week for a few days and have conveniently gone and booked myself into a hotel/spa/golf resort place so I'm gonna chuck the clerbs in the back of the car and head down the day before I need to be there and hopefully have a round (9 holes at least) when I get there.
.Looking forward to the players championship this weekend. Sawgrass looks like a proper tough course.
That's the way to do it.Boom....stitch that 17thThat's the way to do it.

Can't believe that dropped in!
what lessons have you been takingI had my first lesson yesterday, standing too close to the ball, feet not parallel to the target and too much right hand meaning that my iron shots do not hit the target often enough. Basic stiff but so important, I'm hoping to get my scores to three or four over maximum by the summer.

You know there are two posters on here who are really, really, really, and I mean really, beginning to annoy me. Who has that much time to play golf? Ba****ds!!!
