Match Day Thread Southampton vs Tottenham Saturday 9th March 15:00

I hoped u minded your language with little man being there <whistle>......really hoped he enjoyed his day :emoticon-0148-yes:

I didn't swear in my defence but I may have got from my seat n made my feelings on Kevin Friend's 'officiating' and scared him a couple of times :emoticon-0127-lipss

And yeah he did enjoy it though the noise was a bit much for him towards the end. Was a brilliant atmosphere today though, I've always said sometimes that such an abysmal ref can often get a home crowd going and more up for it and I certainly felt that contributed today. Probably go for smaller game next time.

The one game I didn't managed to catch a glimpse or peep from all season. Good thing there's never a hint of superstitious temptation in my mind when it comes to football so I'll be perfectly comfortable watching the next game... Ahem.

I was feeling good about it from JWP’s body language, as he held the ball and waited patiently for all the bollocks to subside. I said to my Dad, “He really fancies this”.

I said to my boy 'Daddy saw him score one of these last week...'

Like you say you could see he fancied it, I also like that he didn't place the ball until everything was sorted like you say, very clever.

He’ll remember this experience mate.

My first ever game was about 7 years old. Wimbledon vs Walsall. I got hit in the face with a condom. Happy days.

His intelligence is by far his best quality, he is going to be a great Manager one day....
