Surely its time to look elsewhere this saga over a Wigan reject is embarrassing, Borini was bad enough this is much worse, as there are plenty of alternatives out there, most of the strikers we have faced this season have looked good enough to improve our options up front, where currently we have Wyke and young Kimpi as our only real strikers.
He'd be quite far down my list too although I think he's a decent player, doesn't seem like there's much truth in the rumour anyway.

That price is absolute nonsense for a player whos done nowt outside league 1.
I'm not saying I wouldn't sign him. I'm saying the negative publicity that surrounds him wouldn't be good and isn't what the owners seem to want to make of the club.
As for the kids/money combo, there's some element of truth in that. But (if what has been written above is true) there is no amount of money, even at that age, that would make me think it was acceptable to leave my girlfriend behind to go to a hotel to shag a girl that my mate had just shagged. That's wrong on a number of levels.

I wouldn't do so either, but there are plenty of blokes who do cheat and don't think twice about it. "just having a bit of fun, like"
I’m not gonna lie, when I was a young lad, even to a lesser extent even now in my 30’s, I didn’t half out it about a bit.
If I’d have thousands a week I’d certainly have put it about even more and I don’t think there’s harm in that as long as people know what’s what.
Facts are we could do without the potential bad press, but more so than that, as I’ve said, there are better options available.
Don't get me wrong, when single I see no harm whatsoever, regardless if your a bloke or a lass, in having fun.
